A hazard to myself

terribleturnipDo you want to know why I wear almost exclusively black to work?
(Other than what a freaking relief it is to spend so little time thinking about shoes. I'll take them in...black. And those in...black. Those hose in...black. Tights in...black. I have four outfits that are brown and no matter what I do, the shoes I have are always the wrong kind of brown, and the tights are yet another shade of brown and I burn so many brain cells just trying to coordinate it all, that I never wear them.)
Because sometimes I'm concentrating so hard on a spreadsheet or document that I pick up my blueberry pomegranate drink and forget that it's not the blueberry pomegranate Honest Tea, but the blueberry pomegranate Mash, which is carbonated.
And I shake it. And I open it.
Immediately.
Blueberry Pomegranate.
Which will stain the hell out of anything but...black.
Damp, but unstained.
Okay, and thirsty. Why I gotta shake so HARD?
