At one point, during the hours long process of grinding them, didn't the person think to him or herself...I dunno, this is an awful lot of nutmeg, this won't taste very good.
But then I remember the cooking class student who misread the recipe and used a 1/4 cup of cayenne pepper instead of 1/4 teaspoon, and I think...
