First of all, it's a delight to see "dumb" women on television -- who still have redeeming characteristics. I am tired, tired, tired of shows based on dorky, overweight "dumb" men who are with these beautiful, smart women who always get them out of jams. This show is populated by losers of both sexes, who still manage to charm. That's three-dimensional, something television hasn't always been very good at. Okay, and Phil's supershort dressing gown just makes me giggle, they're so awful.

And, to the man in the parking lot who got out of his car, shut the door, managed to get his overcoat caught in the door, but only noticed when he hit the end of the coat and got jerked backwards and fell onto the side of his car...thank you for reassuring me that I'm not the only person in the universe to whom those things happen. Well done, my friend!

Hey, if Mounties are so cool, then why do they have to keep their guns tied around their neck on a cord AND have a holster AND an over the shoulder strap? Sounds to me like more than one of them did their own version of your man's overcoat trick.
