I don't care WHAT Open Dictionary says, it's not a word!

I just got a memo that includes the phrase "have put in a request to IT to productionalize the diversity report".

I have to go home now.

Productionalize.

I don't think it's a fatal wound to my psyche...but I definitely lost major hit points. I need to get home and apply some quality literature, STAT.

I find that almost nauseating. What is WITH people?

Speaking of quality literature, I just finished reading "Wildfire" by Zane Grey. Probably not what YOU meant by quality literature, but it had horses and true love (or lust, which in these sorts of stories is apparently the same thing) and lots of great scenery plus several fires, murders and a horse race. Good fun! And not a speck of any word like "productionalize."
